Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke the sales contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Klear Beauty, Chieftronic GmbH, Koppersstr. 18, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany, email: help@klear-beauty.com, telephone: +49(0)211-913151-33) by means of a clear statement (a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory.

To uphold the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the revocation right before the expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must refund payments we have received from you, including delivery costs(with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any depreciation of the goods if this depreciation is due to a handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. All enclosed samples/free gifts must also be returned.

Exceptions

The right of revocation does not apply to the following:

  • customised or personalised products

  • goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded

The right of revocation expires in the case of the following:

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery

  • goods if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery due to their nature

Refund Policy

The refund amount will be credited to you generally within 7 days after our written confirmation.

In case of a return, we will process the refunds after examination of the goods once they have arrived at our shipping warehouse.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products.
