Ordering

Product Availability

If an insufficient stock of certain products is detected during normal processing of an order or if problems occur with delivery, the customer will be informed immediately of such a circumstance. In these cases, Klear Beauty will refund the amounts already paid back to customers, within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the order.

Prices & Payment Methods

All prices are indicated on the website in euros (€). The prices include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed next to the items do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are displayed when the respective product is added to the shopping cart and the corresponding shipping data has been specified. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed and shipping costs at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

The payment methods available to you are indicated on checkout and displayed in the footer of the website. The payment claims from the concluded contract are due for payment immediately.

Order Confirmation

Upon completion of the order process, Klear Beauty will inform you by e-mail about the purchased products, the date of purchase, the total price, the estimated delivery time of the purchased product/products.

Order Delivery

Orders can be delivered in all countries of the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery country. For more details, see Delivery & Shipping.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer within the period specified on the website, depending on the selected shipping method, and in principle within 30 days of purchase.

We strive to deliver your order to you as soon as possible, even if in some cases there may be certain delays in delivery due to certain circumstances or at certain times of the year. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order within the stated delivery period, we will inform you and then let you decide whether you are still interested in purchasing the product and delivery at a later date or whether you would like to cancel the order and receive a refund of the total amount paid.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the product is deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party authorized by you takes receipt of the goods. The receipt of the products is acknowledged by the confirmation of the receipt of the goods at the place of delivery with a signature. If the products cannot be delivered because the recipient is absent, the transport/courier company will leave a notification and will try to contact the recipient by telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If the order cannot be delivered again, the parcel could be returned back to us.

If the reasons for the non-delivery cannot be attributed to Klear Beauty or the transport company, we will assume that you want to withdraw from the contract, and see this as resolved. We will inform you of this via email.

As a result of the termination of the contract, we will immediately reimburse you for all amounts paid by you, except for all the shipping costs, within 14 days from the date on which the contract is deemed to have been terminated.

Warranty

There are the statutory warranty rights.

As a consumer, you are asked to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us and the freight forwarder of complaints as soon as possible. Failure to comply with this has no effect on your statutory warranty claims.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German laws apply.

According to European consumer law, purchases made at Klear Beauty are the place of residence of the customer's place of performance and jurisdiction if they are a resident in a country of the European Union or has made the purchase from an EU country.

In this sense and in accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, we hereby inform you about the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform (ODR), which is intended to enable the out-of-court settlement of disputes in connection with contracts that have also been concluded online between consumers and Internet service providers (klear-beauty.com).
